Our first graders took the stage as penguins, seals, terns, polar bears and people enjoying the cold weather. Their message: Chill out!
They want you to learn to be like the animals in the arctic. They have fun!
The play was directed by Karen Smith with help from first grade teachers Jana Evans, MacKenzie O'Neal and Shannan Portwood. Sound and lights by Ray Park and Susan Pesterfield. Our shop teacher and juggler extraordinaire, Richard Parks, had a cameo as a juggling seal.
