Future families applying for the 2024-25 school year are invited to schedule a parent campus tour. You will see options for morning or afternoon tours. If you are applying for JPK or PK, you should choose a morning tour as those classes dismiss at 1:00 p.m.

All applicants are required to submit a student recommendation form, completed by your child’s current or most recent teacher. These forms will be provided through the admissions e-newsletter and should not be completed until January 2024, at the earliest.

The teacher completing the form should email it directly to Brooke Moore at bmoore@brightschool.com.

For applicants in grades 1-5, we also require copies of report cards and standardized testing (if applicable).

JPK, PK, and K applicants will be scheduled to come for an admissions play date in early spring.

Applicants for grades 1-5 will be scheduled for a classroom visit; these visits occur in the spring.

The first round of admissions decisions will go out on March 15, 2024 once the first round of early childhood playdates are complete. Other admission decisions will go out on a rolling admissions basis once an applicant has completed the process.

A completed process includes: online application, parent tour, student recommendation form completed by teacher, and a play date or classroom visit. If accepted, the electronic enrollment contract is sent and a deposit (JPK: $500, PK-5: $1,000)  will be due back within one week.
