Dear Parents' Association and Families,
Thank you for a wonderful and delicious lunch on Friday for teacher appreciation day. We are grateful for the parents who planned this event and for the parents who watched over our classes while we enjoyed a quiet and delightful lunch with our colleagues. Thank you to all the families who contributed toward the very generous gift cards given to each of us. But most of all, we are thankful for parents and families who support us while we teach and care for your children and prepare them for a bright future.

Ice Skating on December 20
Children and parents are invited to go ice skating after early dismissal on December 20 at the Ice on the Landing. Special pricing includes two hours of skating, and you also may pre-order a pizza for lunch. Forms and payment are due to the office by Friday, December 15. Look for a flyer in your child's backpack or you may download it here.
Holiday Shopping at School
On December 19, classes will stop by a Bright-inspired holiday shop to purchase gifts for parents, siblings and relatives. Items will range in price from $5-25. Parents are welcome to join students while they shop. Look in the weekly teacher emails for specific class times.
Year End Giving
Remember The Bright School! IT'S THE TIME OF YEAR for pledge payments and year-end gifts. Don't forget to postmark your annual gifts by December 31 for tax benefits.

Vote for Lunch the Elf
"Lunch" the elf has been visiting the dining hall, and now his photo could help the school win $400. Voting in the photo contest will begin on Wednesday. Watch for a link on our Facebook page and vote!
