Fourth grade performs its play every year in December, and this year's production takes the audience through a series of movie genres with a Christmas theme. 

Each movie director tried to one up each other for the best kind of Christmas movie, from a big band production to noir and spaghetti westerns. The directors included Cecil B. DeGrille, Steven Reelberg, D.W. Drifter, Alfred Pitchfork, Sergio Spumoni and Ron Powered.

The play also featured several well-known actors and actreseses and characters including Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, Cleopatra, Elsa and Ana, and the Grinch. Of course, Santa Claus appears at the end. As traditon at Bright School, each child had a part and lines.

The play was directed by Karen Smith. Ray Park managed the lights and music with help from Susan Pesterfield. Parent volunteers were in charge of the set and costumes.
