Children's book author Angela Davis Hazelray visited kindergarten today and read aloud her book "Unicorn Colors." Every kindergartener got to take home a book as well.
Mrs. Hazelray is a former colleague of Miss Sonal and Chattanooga native. She currently lives in Rome, Georgia. She talked about writing her books, and the students brainstormed topics they could write books about.
Mrs. Hazelray's other books are "If Rapunzel Were Rachelle" and "Ciara A Cinderella Story." Her Unicorn Colors book also comes as a coloring book.
