Admissions Information

Here are a few guidelines for all prospective families as you enter the Admissions process:

Step 1: Submit Online Application (click on Apply to Bright) Admissions Applications are now being accepted for the 2013-14 school year on a Rolling Admissions basis.  Space is limited, so Apply Now!
Step 2: Schedule a Parent Campus Tour
Step 3: Once you are in our database you will begin receiving information regarding important upcoming Admissions events.

Pre-Kindergarten 

Potential Pre-K applicants must turn 4 years old by August 1st.  Applicants are required to attend an Admissions Assessment which will include social observation and an academic assessment.  
Save the date: week of February 4, 2013
Each child will be scheduled to come for one day for two hours.

Kindergarten 

Potential Kindergarten applicants must turn 5 years old by August 1st.  Applicants are required to attend an Admissions Assessment which will include social observation and an academic assessment. 
Save the date: week of February 4, 2013
Each child will be scheduled to come for one day for two hours.

All Pre-K and Kindergarten applicants will be required to submit a Teacher Recommendation Form (by your child's current teacher).  This form is provided by Bright School and should be completed by January 2013. Click on the link to download the appropriate teacher rec form.  These forms, once completed, may be emailed to: bmoore@brightschool.com.

Grades 1-5 

Potential applicants for grades 1-5 are invited to spend a 1/2 day in the classroom and an Academic Assessment will be given during this visit.  These visits will be scheduled in January and February 2013.
Other requirements include:
-- Teacher Recommendation form
-- A copy of child's most recent report card
-- A copy of child's most recent standardized test scores.

Tuition:

2012-2013 school year:
Pre-Kindergarten: $9,750
Kindergarten - Grade 5: $12,975 

Tuition payments may be made in full or through FACTS payment plan.  Books and lunch are included in tuition.
