 Our Bright Start Class!

 We welcome you to Bright Start and are looking forward to meeting you on Registration Day.  You are very special and important to us. We are looking forward to your being a part of our Bright Start family.

 Curriculum and Program

   The Bright Start Program, a literacy based program for young 4 year olds, provides a safe place for each child to develop physically, socially, emotionally and psychologically. Our program offers opportunities to develop creative intelligence through enrichment activities and learning centers in both small and large group settings. Bright Start is a nuturing, child-centered, print rich environment, where good behavior and listening skills are taught and modeled. Capitalizing on the language explosion characteristics of these very young children, the Bright Start curriculum is based on discovering what words teach small children about a great big world. This is covered through language and Literacy, Social Studies, Science, Mathematics, the Arts, physical development and social and emotional development. The children also attend Related Arts classes of Physical Education, Music, Library, Spanish, Art and Shop. The Bright Start Program desires to have the excitement and love of learning take root in each child's life.

 This is a self-contained classroom with one lead teacher and an assistant.
