ARRIVAL AND PICK-UP PROCEDURES

When picking up your child/children you may enter the building through the  Early Childhood Center double doors or the glass double doors located next to the gym.

PreK and Kindergarten Students

Located in the Early Childhood Center.  This classroom is the third classroom on the left once you go through the double doors.

1st and 2nd Grade Students

Located in the German Classroom that is directly across from the Art Studio and next to the Spanish Classroom.

3rd through 5th Grade Students

Located in the classroom that is inside the gym.

Parents are responsible for making sure that children are signed out each day.  When filling out the registration form please list all persons authorized to pick up your child/children.  Parents are responsible for keeping forms up to date so that the ECP staff can protect each child enrolled in the program.  If someone is to pick up your child other than those listed a signed date note indicating such information must be given to the Director.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT

Communication between staff, parents, and children is the driving force behind a successful program.  Please feel free to share your ideas and suggestions with the ECP staff on a regular basis.  By working together, we can make each day a special one for your child and provide the highest quality of care.

I will be available to answer any questions on Registration Day on August 22, 2011.  I look forward to seeing you and your children this fall.

Sincerely,

Jill Wilburn
