**We will be providing Extended Care on the last day of school (May 29th) from 11:30-6:00. Lunch will be provided. Permission slips will be coming soon through email.** 

    To further enhance the safety of your child, beginning Monday, January 21st, our extended care program will be making some important changes to our sign out procedures. Below is a bulleted list of changes you should be aware of:

• Between 3:30-5:00 p.m., the only available entrance to the school will be the double doors of the Early Childhood building (prek-k hallway).
• During that time frame, either myself or an extended care staff member will be sitting at the front desk with clipboards for all grade levels (prek-5th). You will initial by your child's name and I will call them to the Early Childhood desk using a school radio.
• *Exception* If your child is on the hill, I will radio to inform my staff and then allow you to initial next to the written time before you proceed to the hill to pick up your child.
• Between 5:00-6:00 p.m., all extended care groups will be joined in the gym for free play and pick up. At this point, the double doors in theEarlyChildhoodBuildingwill be locked and the Mondo doors (by the coaches offices) will be unlocked to allow entry. Again, you will be asked to initial next to the written time.

If your child will be attending Bright Connections on a Drop-In basis please communicate via email or note to his or her classroom teacher.  This helps with any confusion and misunderstandings with the child’s day. 

Bright Connections Locations 

Kindergarten-dismiss at 3:00 to the Early Childhood building between the two kindergarten classrooms.

1^st-2^nd Grades-dismiss at 3:00 to the Early Childhood building to the third classroom on the left, past Mrs. Wagner’s prekindergarten classroom.

3^rd-5^th Grades-dismiss at 3:00 to the ELL classroom next to the Spanish room.

Study Hall-dismiss at 3:00 to the Library. Study hall will begin promptly at 3:15.  Your child will report to his or her Bright Connections classroom after leaving study hall.
