Grandparents' Day
Each May, the Bright School community celebrates Grandparents' and Special Persons' Day. The relationship between grandparents and grandchildren is special, and this day is a celebration. Grandparents are treated to a concert which incorporates familiar, sentimental handbell tunes, as well as songs by students in each grade. The children join their grandparents for tours of the school, stopping to view the many student projects, artwork and shop creations on display. Hooray for Grandparents' Day!
