Workers emptied the first, second, and third grade classrooms and removed all cabinets and boards to make way for renovations that will enhance and improve our learning spaces. These rooms have mostly remained the same since they opened in 1963, although first grade received new furniture this year thanks to the Parents' Association's Charleston Wrap fundraiser.

This area of the school, which is the quadrangle, will have new HVAC and windows by the time Registration Day comes. These nine classrooms will have new furniture and storage that will allow more flexibility and innovation for teaching.

If you would like to join the Building a Bright Future capital campaign, visit our campaign website and donate or pledge today.

This work is the first phase of the campaign. More renovations will happen over the next two summers.
