Students brought in extra Halloween candy to donate to Hamilton County EMS, which will be distributed among the 13 ambulance stations in our county.

Sgt. Chris Dill and AEMT Bob Williams came to pick up the candy on Wednesday. They said it will be a special treat for emergency workers, who are on the front lines during the pandemic.

School counselor Rachel Blanton organized the candy drive. Students brough the majority of candy on Monday morning, and some was donated on Tuesday and Wednesday.

First graders Ava Taslimi and Mason Chaudhari helped load the candy into the EMS vehicle.
