Homework Club for Grades 2-5
Offered by the Kilbride Enrichment Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:10 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Library. Two of our KEC Instructional Support teachers, Susan Howell and Noelle Coleman, oversee Homework Club students each day. The purpose of Homework Club is to offer help in homework completion. It is not individual tutoring. R egistration for Homework Club is available through the Extended Care program. Extended Care charges apply. St udents check into Extended Care, and a snack will be provided. Homework Club teachers will take them to the library and return students to their designated extended care room. Pick-up for Homework Club takes place at the Extended Care desk. If you have questions about enrolling your child in the Homework Club, please contact the Extended Care Director, Hannah Hatfield at firstname.lastname@example.org. Help Class for Grades 2-5
Offered by your child’s classroom teacher, one day a week. The classroom teacher will contact you to invite your child to attend extra help OR you can contact the teacher and request extra help with a specific concept, skill, or assignment. Help class starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 3:45 p.m. There is no additional charge for Help Class.
