Information about the Admissions Process
Campus Tours and Visits
All future parents are invited to schedule an individual parent tour any time of the year. Tours may be scheduled by emailing Brooke Moore: email@example.com or calling 423-267-8549.
Applicants for early childhood and preschool programs, which includes junior Pre-K (age 3), Pre-K (age 4) and Kindergarten (ages 5-6), have the opportunity to come for a play date with current students and teachers during a school day, and they will have individual academic assessments.
Applicants for first through fifth grades will be invited to come for a classroom visit and academic assessment. These visits are typically scheduled during the months of January-April.
Applications now being accepted for the 2017-18 school year. An application must be submitted before the applicant's play date or classroom visit. Our online application is available here.
All applicants are required to submit a student recommendation form, completed by your child’s current or most recent teacher. You may download them below:
Student Recommendation JPK, PK, K (This form is due in January before your child's play date.)
Student Recommendation 1-5 (This form is due before your child's classroom visit)
Once completed, recommendation forms should be returned directly to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
For first through fifth grade applicants, we also require copies of report cards and standardized testing (if applicable).

Ages for Our Programs
August 1 is our age cut-off date
- Junior Pre-K: 3 years old
- Pre-K: 4 years old
- Kindergarten: 5 years old
2017-18 school year:
Junior Pre-K: $5,300 (3-day), $7,600 (5-day)
Kindergarten-5th grade: $15,160
Tuition payments may be made in full or through the FACTS payment plan. Lunch is included in tuition.
